Hollaaaaa Blog Bestie!

It’s been a minute, Happy New Year 💙💙. I hope I am allowed to say that after a whole 5 months😅🫣. This is our first official blog post for the year. So Welcome on board, I am fully back.

How have you been? How is it going? I would definitely like to hear from you. I’ve missed writing so much and sometimes I ask myself why I needed to have stopped, but don’t worry you would find out soon.

During this period of 5 months, a lot of changes have occurred and activities or events. Since the last time you heard from me, I have completed my NYSC and fully graduated with a certificate for serving my country. It was a wonderful experience for me, getting to know new people and actually connecting with them. Right now, we are still finding balance to keep communication but it is the effort for me😊.

I also started my journey to being a Chartered Accountant last year in May and God bless me, He has been granting me success with my papers and that was part of the reasons I had to stop blogging and was inactive. My classes were affecting me in a way and at the same time, to be truthful I wasn’t studying as I should be doing. I got serious about the whole exam literally two weeks before the exam. Please don’t learn that bad behavior. I am still preparing for my exam. I wrote five papers last year at my professional level but passed four, So I have one more to prepare for (wish me success).

Goodnews!!! After NYSC which I completed in October, I traveled home and had to travel back to Lagos to start working because I got a job the next month (November) after I was done with NYSC. God has truly been blessing me and I am super grateful for that. But I actually have a testimony to share regarding my trip, traveling from Lagos to Delta. I had a two day journey because of an incident that happened on the road, but I am grateful that I am alive today🎉🥳.

Our final update is that in the month of February on my sisters’ birthday, I launched my clothing brand, called Kingdom Garb. click here to follow our page and check out our Products. I have had this idea for over a year and during my NYSC camp, I decided to learn Adire making because I was thinking of a unique way to go about the clothing brand and finally it was birthed. The vision was birthed to build the consciousness of our Identity in Christ, our standing with God through our clothing. Wearing your identity boldly🎉🥳.

Some of the lovely design from Kingdom Garb😊

To our new besties, I am Omoye, the girl loved by God. I love to share my experience about life and Christ in different aspects, Career, Finance, Personal Growth and our walk with God. I would love to call myself a growth enthusiast and the special topics I love to discuss in our faith journey is love and identity. So don’t forget to subscribe. My blog post goes out every Friday, not decided on the time yet but watch out every Friday. You can also follow me on my social platform 😊 @omoye_loved.

Till I write again…
